Reservation application:

  • Your application will be answered within a maximum time limit of 24hrs with a reservation code, according to availability.
  • In the confirmation, date of payment will be indicated.
  • If you have not received any response, please inform our office.
  • To apply for reservation, the following information must be provided:

    • Complete Names
    • Nationality
    • Date of Check-in and Check-out
    • Time of Arrival and Departure
    • Complete Name of the Person or the Company requesting for the reservation.
    • Name of the Room Reserve: Suite Room, Blue Room or Orange Room

    • It is very important that the person applying for reservation, take a tight control on the status of the said, keeping in mind the deadline of payments, modifications or cancellations.

    Modifications:

    • The deadline to make changes is up to 30 days before the arrival date.

    Cancellations:

    • Up to 30 days before the arrival date: no charge
    • Up to 15 days before the arrival date: the penalty is 50%.
    • Up to 8 days before the arrival date: the penalty is 75%
    • Up to 1 day before the arrival date: the penalty is 100%

    VAT is not included for peruvian companies.

     

    Be advice:

    • If payment is not received on the date indicated, the Company can give the reservation to others.
    • Once the above specific terms expired and in accordance with the reservation policy, the Company will have the right to give the reservation to others.
    • It should be noted that after the deadline to make changes, partial or total cancellations will not be accepted and penalties will be applied as previously mentioned.
    • No Shows will be charged as 100% of rooms booked.
    • In order to offer a better service, it is important to include the following information.

      • Nationality
      • Language
      • Date of birth
      • Occupation
      • Time of arrival and departure
      • Indicate the any dietary restrictions and attach medical information
      • if necessary.

    Payments:

    • 100% of the reservation must be paid, within 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
    • Please send a check or money transfer in U.S. dollars to:

    • Then please kindly send us the voucher or bank transfer record.
    • You can send this information via fax to (+ 51 84) 261725  or via e-mail to info@encantoperu.com,  including the following information:
      • Name of the company, passenger or group that correspond
      • Reservation code

    Others:

    • Any disagreement must be communicated to in writing of no more than 30 days after the date of the service to encantoperu.com S.A.C. on the contrary, complaints will not be accepted.
